One-armed Minato and BM

So Minato has been using one-arm for the longest time now, it's kinda old how much Kishi could be nerfing this guy's abilities. Especially since he possesses BM, it kinda makes me curious... Why doesn't Minato just create a chakra arm with the BM chakra? He's seen Naruto do it already

And we've already seen him emit streams of chakra as well (can't tell if they're arms or not)

So why doesn't the guy just make a chakra arm and use his jutsus from there? Will it not work the same or something? Seems fishy to me that Naruto can use chakra arms to use jutsus like Rasengan and Rasenshuriken but Minato can't make a chakra arm so that he won't be at such a disadvantage.

Well damn, I thought I was missing something but it really looks like it's just plot. Which is stupid, this is so basic, Minato is supposed to be a genius. Kishi isn't just nerfing Minato's abilities, he's nerfing his intelligence too..

He can't use Space-time barriers, clones nor was he able to perform that jutsu of his that he was talking about that he looksed like he was gonna use two hands for. The fact that he's not using his BM to give himself an arm is exactly my point in this thread.

Lol Good point. But if Minato was doing badass shit like Shanks does then I'd agree but he hasn't been to me, not since that arm went away :/

It isn't even if he isn't using it though...Minato solo'd that tug a war with his chakra (well basically...naruto did jack sh!t) Sauske at least put his suasnoo arm to hold it (still did jack sh!t)

See, that's kinda what I was wondering when I made this thread. But if Naruto can use chakra arms to make Rasengan, Rasenshuriken, and actual attacks that can break the ground like here

Rasengans could be formed without handseals.

True but it still falls under the jutsu category right? It's kinda odd how shinobis rarely use hand signs justus anyway these days but Minato can use a chakra arm to form hand signs. And either way, the nigga is walking around with one arm. Why not just have two arms when you can anyway? Just seems off to me.

Edit: Plus, Rasengan still requires a hand yet Naruto can do it with a chakra arm and hand so I really feel like the same concept should apply here.
