I would be pretty disappointed if that's the only thing his rinnegan can do.

Madara's rinnegan can use limbo, meteor Justu, six path Justus, and Gedo mazou that can tame all nine beasts easily.

If Sasuke only has the unnamed teleportation Justus, then what was his purpose besides the yin seal.

Note: current Sasuke is above sm Hashirama and EMS Madara.

Naruto only received healing. It's not like he couldn't call on the Bijuu before. And having a pseudo-Juubi would have given him the Gudoudamas and flight anyway.

i made a thread non jin sm madara with 2 rinningan vs current sasuke ,and some people got crazy
non jin sm madara with 2 rinningan can use ps,4limbo,all sm hashirama techs including buddaha and regeneration ability,multiple asteriods,preta path,gedo mazo ,.......etc
i really dont see sasuke beats this madara
sasuke’s s/t is useless while madara is inside ps and amatrasu will be absorbed by preta path
so the question is can sasuke’s ps beat madara,s ps,buddaha,multiple asteriods at the same time
