I've missed one or 2 of the most recent chapters, but I don't think you're missing much other than the Captain's getting power ups. For some reason, Kubo's going ham on comical villains. I know he's made them before, but these quincy's are crazy. They've made me loose interest in the manga for a bit. They were that bad. The good Quincy villains aren't as common in this arc, and it's just not the same without Aizen.
