Now thats beyond the Naruto storyline , well anything can happen in boruto Manga i guess . But Jinchuurki are just mass of Chakra it shouldnt die i guess . Kaguya was sealed not killed because she is a chakra they can be suppressed but not killed .

Only way is sealing either through Uzumaki seal or Hago's Yin and Yang powers .
