Re read the manga, and find hiruzen's true worth idiot ! He survived three wars, do u know how many ninjas survived this long from three shinobi wars. Besides hiruzen is a boss u just didnt read sh*t in the manga. Go.re-read.the managa !

I think 3rd rikage ,Onoki & elders of five great Nations(Ofcourse they may not participated in war but still they r all wtnced all the war's) are also there with Sarutobi & Madara also alive till the end of 3rd war & now participating in 4th
