Nagato would win the majority of these fights.
If Minato vs. Six Paths of Pain, there's a chance his FTG/Rasengan combo would allow him to take out at least 4 of the Paths (they could barely dodge a Rasenshuriken, let alone an instantaneous Rasengan without warning). Deva Path and Preta Path would be problematic for Minato.

However, if Minato vs. Healthy/Prime Nagato, 90% of the time Nagato would win, simply because he is extremely powerful individually when he is not controlling bodies.
The 10% chance of Minato winning is only because of the possibility that he might know other techniques that could be quite powerful.
