Featless Tobirama is featless so why put the featless man against a ninja as strong as Minato who isn't featless?

Feats or not, Minato is at least clearly portrayed as the second strongest Hokage atm(he did most than any other Hokages so far anyway), and i don't think things will change because he has much more plot importance towards Obito than the others. If anything, the way things go, i won't be surprised if Minato ended up to be shown as the strongest, just my opinion though
