On the search for a great anime

I'm looking for an action-packed anime with good plot, intriguing characters and if possible not very lengthy (less than 100 episodes). Any suggestions please?

Samurai Champloo is a really good anime. If you want to have a more modern anime try out Psycho Pass, Deadman Wonderland and Death Note.

It's more of an adventure story, I can't really explain, you need to see it yourself

Fate Zero and Code Breacker pass in the modern era. Legend of Korra passes in the industry revolution era, oh Deadman Wonderland also passes in the modern era

2. Sword Art Online ( 1st season in dub with 25 episodes and 2nd is ongoing )
3. Akame Ga Kill ( ongoing but only 5 episodes released yet )
4. Death Note ( Not exactly action but great plot 37 episodes )
5. Fairy Tail ( but too long with 190 + episodes but still a good plot )

Magi and Sword Art Online are AMAZING .. Well they are amazing to me but idk about u ! Good Lock finding a perfect anime !
