imo nagato revided a shit ton of people, limiting the extent to which each individual can be revied(as in he didnt reveie each person he killed to his or her prime because it would be even more overwhelming consdierign hes alrdy was reviveing a shit ton of people lol. now madara revived only one person, him self, and nagato didnt know each individual he revived. but madara did, who knows madara better than madara? madara only had to revive one person and madara knew when his own prime is. so im sure madara could manipulate the technique to his benefits becasue of the lack of number of people he wanted to revive.
