Nah! OP you trying to ask for answer from every members of the base like they are kishi. No member can given you a right answer unless they are kishi or kishi cousin and there are no detail information about the subject you want to brought up in the manga

OK, to help your problem about this matter, and from my observation all along, I can giving you this conclusion. Omnyodon base TSB is created by kishi and only being use to counter Minato only in this manga or also any FTG or telepor base ninja. That the reason of this omnyodon plot is created by kishi, it because people that having this instant ability is hard to counter by normal tech and the solution kishi gave here is created omnyodon to destroyed their hand and never regenerate again. You see the trouble some this ftg user brought in fight

And it clear for non ftg user, all black thing either it is black rod, tsb, black will or any black thing is just normal tech without any damage and non regenerative effect. Because of that Hiruzen or Sakura is OK.

you see it clear all this omnyudon is just a plot purpose, there are not any concrete explaination in the manga that you can turn on/off tsb, yin yang release is work like this or that and so on.

dont make yourself hurting to think about this matters. Its all plot man plot

The most likely reason as to y Hiruzen regenerated is because the Omyouton was incomplete. The TSB is a byproduct of the 6 Path Sage Mode. It is possible that one needs senjutsu chakra in order to complete the TSB and Obito obtained 6 Path Sage Mode when he gained full control over the Juubi. At that time Obito's orbs resembled the TSB that we see now.

So Pre Perfect Jinchuuriki Obito's orbs had yin, yang and>4 nature releases, but no senjutsu and therefore was only able to maintain shape for a limited time and lacked the permanently erasing effect of the TSB.

Perfect Jinchuuriki Obito had Six Path Sage Mode and as such was able to establish the complete TSBs which permanently erases what it destroys

You need to not lose track of the discussion topic. My argument is that black rods, gududama, black disk, and others variants are all different and have different properties. So, I don't know why you are arguing as if I said they were the same. The only thing I said is that they have the same basic element - the black fluid and this element can be manipulated and transformed to produce any of its variants.

Your logic here is confusing and a little shocking. Are you saying that just because they can create the chakra receivers from their bodies that makes them gudodama? That's now how it works. Both just happened to be black, but that's where the similarities end.

Well, TSB is the only technique that we are talking about that involves nature releases that aren't yin/yang. The whether they take the form of a disk or a rod if it is a TSB it is using multiple nature releases at once and that allows the user to apply what ever shape manipulation they desire. Its not the effort of one or two elements at a time, but the work of multiple combined into one forming a REALLY ADVANCED KKT. The best example would be Jinton in which Oonoki can make his dust release take multiple forms, but the technique still composes of the same elements. Oonoki simply varies the style of shape manipulation.

Simple way to said apart from plot we can assume tha the users can control the tsb substance to make a ball shape or rod or whatever and also users maybe able to control and choose what properties to be use or add depending on the situation the users is in.

That mean if they are fighting with ftg user, they add or chose tsb with omnyodon element and if up against normal ninja, no need to use omnyodon element, just normal tsb is enough.

And also the properties of tsb is stronger than single properties defence, or we can said it work like hype yata mirror

To sum it up, it is on the users hand if he chosing to use omnyodon tsb or vice versa when fighting.

About black rod, I think it more to users black will not a tsb even tsb also can be form as rod as shown by madara when stabbing sakura
