9/10...The people who are giving bad ratings shouldn't forget how cool the manga was in Itachi Pursuit arc,Invasion of Pain arc,Even in the War arc and Ten Tails Revival arc,It went downhill from the Kaguya Arc..

IMO Kishi should just say "Fuck it!,These Chapters were all fillers!
