I don't mean only physically I mean all the attributes as in attack defense duribilty chakra reserves stamina everything that they use in battle down to the certain traits (like gaara sand sensing and flying onooki flying etc)
I'd rate onooki an 8.5 or 9 because he has everything great only his back problems hinder him and thts why I won't give him a 10 because without those back problems he could solo a lot of ppl (he still could) he's also in my top ten
I'd rate Ay a 7.5-8 Ay has the second best speed stats in the world I mean this guy is extremely fast also has good defense and duribilty but he is weak against genjutsu long range attacks as well as flying characters (gaara onooki mu even deidara but his style is earth so not exactly sure how tht works out) not to mention he only has one Hand so his nintaijutsu while perfect loses some promise because he lost one of them
I'd rate gaara 8-8.3 he has one of top 5 defenses in manga (only second to PS and 3rd raikage) I mean the guy only has one ability and he uses it amazingly well he doesn't really get powerup's kishi just inlarges his sand supply once and awhile he has also shown that he has one of the best stamina in series not to mention chakra reserves he can sense ppl with his sand create artificial eyes to protect himself for visual genjutsu as well as look along the field he also wields his sand to fly. He is extremely smart and tactical in battle and will turn his disadvantages into weaknesses the only problem with gaara is tht one oil attacks break apart the compound of his sand and tht large high scale piercing attacks tht r really strong can pierce through his sand if not careful. One of his problems was tht he is stationary in battle but he has perfected his reflex speeds infused with his automatic defense is as fast as Ay reaction speed
The only problem with gaara is that he generally only has one ability I mean its one of his weaknesses but also an advantage because he works only with tht ability honing his skills with it
Tsunade I'd give 7.5-8.5
It's hard to really judge her because she can unseal I believe thts at the very least an 8.5 because of her immortality(well basically she's immortal in tht form cuz she can heal from anything ) normal wise she's physically the strongest in naruto verse her speed is decent but. A lot of ppl can avoid her wether defense or just pure speed
Her weaknesses is mainly speed and long range attacks but she can heal from those quite easily I think she has good defense cuz she's constantly healing and to me thts good defense the only thing I c wrong with tsunade is tht her speed doesn't match her strength and defense but her chakra reserves and stamina is insane
Id rate Mei 6-7 because idk she seems like a jounin to me more then a kage I mean she has decent chakra reserves nothing special and has ok stamina the cool thing about Mei is her Kekki genkai they're cool abilities but they can be avoided easily I mean Karin avoided her lava release her boil release until proven by kishimoto seems to only work indoors in isolated room. Mei simply seems like a mid- jonin with cool but easily avoidable abilities
