Coming inside the glade, V yawned. He had met up with the stranger, who he had met through a contact. The contact was sure V would be interested in the person he was about to meet, but he wondered if it was for his own benefit or if his contact had a bad relation with the stranger, and V simply had to kill him.
"Time will tell I guess." Thought V to himself. Walking further into the glade, he saw a shadowy figure. "That must be him. Let's see what I'm doing here." He activated his sharingan as he went forward.
"Very pleased to meet you, but tell me. Am I here to take your head, or your techniques?"

V smirked as he heard the young one speak, and saw his eyes become crimson red. "Let not light see my black and deep desires". A warning, the youngling should know. He walked towards the stranger and took the scrolls, reading them and looking interested. He took out two scrolls of his own, handing them to his fellow clan member. "I hope this satisfied our trade? A scroll is not enough though, you know. I need to teach you, as you need to teach me."
Death wasn't surprised when he got down from his horse and saw that the man only stood as tall as his chest. Impressive, he thought, that still the man spoke with such confidence. Death held the two scrolls and placed it in his bag pack.

Analyzing the scroll's content, V could do nothing more but smirk. "Nifty, he thought." Changing molecules to do your bidding in such a way wasn't common. The work around the man had made to make it happen was very clever. V however, wouldn't let the man know.

The second column of the second page talks about some recent incidents in Kirigakure. The man who wrote this article, discovered certain abilities of static electricity over water. And this is from where I got my inspiration to create my own technique....which, I'm sharing with you.

While the parent technique allows me to be the reference point, and manipulate the water around me, the daughter technique allows me to make the water, as a reference point, and allowing me to move around it. The original technique allowed me to push and pull water molecules in the atmosphere, any way I wished. By pushing it, I could deflect the water away from me. By pulling it, I could attract the water molecules to myself. And by precisely controlling pulling and pushing, I could do anything I wanted with the water. It all lies in changing the polarities of the electric charge. But, being a clever man, you'd know that, no?

By using the same logic, we need to take a group of water molecules as reference, and push/pull yourself away from it. This will help you to hover over the water surfaces at the speed of a lightning jutsu (officially). However, to be fair to your weaker, and useless opponents, you should only hover up to 2 meters from the ground. Savvy?

"Be careful with this, because it is not a technique to be used lightly. It will rupture the earth in silence and penetrate your opponent with bullets of earth." said V.

The user will then go into the second phase by using his chakra to manipulate the ground beneath the opponent (were he will land), which will cause small spikes (they would fit in a normal sized palm) to shoot out of the ground (they will leave the ground as projectiles with great force), and hit the opponent from underneath. These spikes shoot out as silently as the earth rises.

Death analyzes the scroll carefully. Having mastered a lot of seal less techniques, even one hand seal seemed like a burden to him. But none the less, the effects seemed promising. Disorienting the target is all that he needed. Works at long range as well.
