Darui stomps. He has much vaster chakra reserves, better swordplay, black lightening at his disposal, and is a much better strategist than Omoi. Darui stays cool under pressure while Omoi seems to be a bit more hot headed. Even if you want to give Omoi the Kiba weapon he received from Ameyuri Ringo (anime only) I think that Darui takes him low diff.
