I really enjoyed reading this and i also agree with your point but after reading the latest manga i think that it is possible for tobi to be kakashi's father.

I think its safe to assume that the Ramen guy is the same height as Tobi, so by your logic Ramen guy=Tobi.

That statement sounds like you didnt or CAN'T read english. I'm directing that at people who think its impossible for Obito to be Tobi because Obito would be a childs height, I'm saying that doesnt rule him out because his height would be that of an adults because that is the age your body matures at.

I didnt even bother with the rest of your post because I'm already late right now but your opening statement was pretty beyond retarded so I don't care.

Best Tobi is Obito Thread xd

Man that was great and you just made the theory i completely disregarded pretty possible

However why does Obito want to destroy Konoha? Why didn't he return ?

Most importantly how did he survive, give Nagato the Rinnegan, made plans with Uchiha Madara (as shown when he was revived and realized that his partner brought him back)

No one knows what it's like to be Tobi.

In regards to all these Tobi ID threads, I just want to say, none of you know what it's like to be Tobi.

How do you think he feels knowing everyone is making all these wild assumptions?

Re: Examination: Obito the "good boy".

Kakashi and guy were shorter because they were still kids.

The panel you showed is not the relevant panel. You see here that kakashi, guy and all the other kids are told to stay out of the fight. They are clearly much shorter than adults, and they are even called kids.

Re: Examination: Obito the "good boy".

+rep for a great effort

Lets look at what happened during and after Obito's last moments:
  • Obito gets crushed by a huge bolder. Only his left arm and half of his face is not crushed.
  • Obito is so convinced he's gonna die that he gives his only usable eye to Kakashi.
  • Rin, a medical ninja, is so confident that Obito's gonna die that she performs the transplant.
  • Kakashi is convinced of this as well and accepts the eye transplant.
  • More bolders fall on Obito and crushes him even more.
  • Kakashi passes out and Minato teleports to their location and kills all the enemies.
  • Kakashi wakes up and Minato says he's sorry for not arriving in time.

Would Minato really leave Obito's body there without confirming that he's dead? Minato was able to kill all the enemies that remained. Which means that it wasn't like Minato didn't have time to confirm whether Obito might still be alive so he can teleport him to the hospital. Plus, Minato seemed like he had some sensory skills thats similar to what Tobirama had so I'm sure he could have just used that skill to check, if Minato was too lazy to check properly or something.

Also, villages will go out of their way to retrieve/destroy the bodies of missing shinobi's. Whether they are dead or alive, it doesn't matter. This would count even more in Obito's case, seeing that he possesses a Doujutsu Kekkei Genkai. What evidence is there that Obito was an exception to this? Did Konaha forget about Obito? Certainly not, because they celebrated him as a hero by carving his name on a monument.

I just reread thiat whole Gaiden and there truly is nothing that even slightly implies that Obito survived or that anyone in the Manga had any doubt about his death at any time. So, both Obito and this theory were crushed to death by the same boulder.

I want to add something. All Minato had to do to remove that boulder was to teleport it with the space time jutsu he used to teleport the Kyuubi. Minato could even teleport Obito out from underneath the bolder to safety, maybe even straight to the hospital. Yet all Minato could do was say, that he's sorry he didn't make it in time...

Poor guy.
First, everyone accuses him of being the Fourth, which no doubt reminded him of his failure to destroy the Leaf, and then everyone thinks he's a little kid who got crushed by rocks.

I don't think so. Here he looks alot older than Kakashi or Gai.

Re: Tobi is ...

Nice Theory.

But why bother with the mask if nobody would know his face anyway?
Maybe he just injured half of his face ( the half we havent seen ), and doesnt have the "fake" face while wearing the mask ... Hope you understand what I mean :)
