nor does it state tobirama's age during death
nor does it confirm sarutobi's age when he became hokage
tsunade is 52-54 and tobi said that madara and hashi fought 80 years back
80 - 52 = 28 years before tsunade's birth
sometime between the 28 years is when they made konoha

I think the only confusing part about the timeline is the past academy graduations and chunnin exams(Kakashi being in the same team with Rin,Obito,academy entry when they are all together but they have age differences etc,etc)

not everyone who joins the academy is of the same age. Gai's team was older than Kakashi's team yet they all took the Chunin exams together. Gai even mentioned that held his team back an extra year just to make sure they were ready for it.

If you try to understand the timeline in terms of ninjas' ages you are just going to end up confused.
