Zeus didn;t fear Hades but he knew that if he slipped up just a little bit, he could lose to him.. If Hades were to beat Zeus a single time, would take turn Zeus into a Demi- .. Not at all.

The 12 olympian gods are all pure gods.
Zeus is the strongest among them all (kind of like Naruto), Sasuke is probably either Posseidon or Hades.
Still fact of the matter is Zeus always one ups the other gods, and in a fair fight he will win every time which is why he's superior.

The 3 main gods are indeed children of both Titan parents (previous generation of gods) not from a human mother.
Unlike other religion/culture there is no one true god, just a supreme stronger god.
So im sure everyone has seen a few 'sasuke will get another powerup/rinnegan' threads in their time, but this is my theory on why he won't. For the most part it seems like the need for Sasuke to powerup is born out of one factor.
Naruto being the Sages reincarnation and very much representing the sages body, people see Sasuke as his rival then automatically assume he must become the sages 'eyes' to equal him again.
Now thats all well and good but if you think about the storyline then Sasuke getting a further rinnegan type/ ocular powerup makes no sense. Naruto represents the sages younger son, who inherited the Sage's "body" (his powerful will and physical energy) and also his ideal of world peace through love. But what else do we know about the sage and what does he represent?

A critical choice between achieving peace through love or through power
Now if you actually think about whats going on in the manga right now there is actually someone that fulfils each of the aspects that Naruto doesn't. This person has be presented as a direct parallel to Naruto for many chapters now, and is in my belief Naruto's real rival.

Obito represents a mirror image of Naruto, embodies the fusion of senju and Uchiha bloodlines, he has the rinnegan and wants to bring peace to the world through power. When you take them into consideration between Naruto and Obito that pretty much represent every aspect of the sage.
This is why Sasuke won't become a representative of the 'sage's eyes' because a representative is already present and active in the manga. This why I think Sasuke will not progress passed EMS and will not be getting further upgrades. Unless EMS is enough Sasuke won't stack up to Naruto in the end is just as simple as that. Opinions?

I think you are misunderstanding what it really means to be the next Rikudou. The way I interpret it, and no one has to agree with this, is that Naruto is simply the successor to Rikudou.
So not in terms of strength or Power, but the role that he takes.The role of taking on the Juubi. Yes, Naruto is not the only one there, but he is the one that the SO6P mentioned when talking to the Bijuu, here:
Naruto and Sasuke are always going to be the same strength, since Naruto's synchronicity with Kurama is only improving and Sasuke's control over his Sharingan grows with every use. Plus Naruto has Sage Mode and Toad Summoning. While Sasuke has decent Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu and Genjutsu skills and both Snake and Hawk summons.
Sasuke won at The Valley of the End due to Plot and Tobi got to Sasuke and Itachi due to plot. He also interrupted round 2 in the Land of Iron due to, you guessed it, plot.

And by "logic definition" Hades controlled/ rules the underworld which is a "particular aspect of part of reality" in this case anyway.. Like stated earlier just because Zeus could beat his brother doesn't mean that his Brother isn't a God in comparison

Must not have seen that. In that case, I agree with you. Sasuke, without a doubt, is going to be his last opponent. It would be a dumb move if Kishimoto made Naruto too strong for a decent fight. Maybe he'll get Perfect susanoo and gain izanagi-like powers that don't cause blindness.
I however, prefer that Orochimaru experiments and gains the rinnegan and create all sorts of op forbidden jutsu. That would make a good last fight.
