Because superman would kill him before it had any effect on him. You saw how long he held a kyrptonite spear right? A scalpel would be nothing. It would make more sense for him to create an elaborate plan to kill superman involving kryptonite.

Despite critics I'm glad I saw Suicide squad. And also despite critics I think it should make up for the bashing BvS got. It could have been sooooooooooooooooooooo much better. Let's hope MoS2 & Batamn do the same good job as SS

I thought BvS was gonna be so much bigger than it was. And I'm surprised SS has gotten so many bad reviews, I thought it was a little messy but I enjoyed it.

For me they were a bit better than the reviews gave them credit for, but to get hyped for another one of these mediocre films at best?
