Tobi seemed to suggest that every Hokage elected so far has been related to the Senju but it might be that he simply meant that every Hokage has been controlled by the Senju (hence the arguments over Minato potentially being an heir to Asura rather than Kushina – we’re not sure which parent Naruto owes his Asura heritage too or indeed whether both were… ew).
