I posted this and shared because someone complained about Naruto's shape that was redrawn in a better shape, so the preview isn't always true they may change in the actual episode

It's because it represents a different timeline. The images are similar, just as the timeline is, but slight variances creep in. It's what Itachi was trying to tell you when he demonstrated Izanami. Jiraiya tried to tell you who is responsible (main antagonist) but was stopped. Between the two all mysteries can be solved.

A lot of shows do this, when they´re still in production, but need to promote the new episode.

For exsample, when you see a promo for Family Guy, the soundtrack is not completed untill the acual broadcast, so they use placeholder sounds or animation till then.

This is normal, and I wouldn't be suprised if you'd see this in multiple episode previews.

^^^^^^^^ this. The episode wasn't done but the promo was due. Sometimes an episode doesn't get turned in until LITERALLY the day before (or maybe the day of) broadcast. In those cases though if you're really in a bind you need to approve that through the station's producers or something.

I haven't seen the episode but maybe they neglected the scheduling a little because they thought it might be a simple talking-heads kind of thing that they could get done in a jiffy? I remember there being a lot of talking and not much else in that part.

The anime is good for action, and the fight with Pain was superb and interestingly done, but some of the artwork recently in the anime has been so poorly done and out of proportion, that when I first saw Sage of Six Paths Obito, it reminded me of the disproportion the titans have in Shingeki no Kyojin anime, like tiny arms and a huge body!!
I prefer the manga personally.
