There are sypnosis for 59 or 60, so I dunno if that's how they confirmed Shinki vs Mitsuki. There's no reason not to believe the most high rep member of NF to make such official claim.

Nothing is confirmed. Just because Mitsuki's CE fight wasn't mentioned in the episode previews, doesn't mean he's gonna be fighting Shinki.

Literally we'll only know once the preview for episode 61 is out. Anything other than that is just speculation.
