1. the juubi going out of control
2. Naruto paraphrasing hinata's speech(during the pain invasion)
3. madara's rape face.

Lol, Kakashi was always modest. He actually underestimated his abilities. There are two options.
1. He has finally acknowledged his own strength (might be due to meeting Obito again and seeing Naruto's resolve)
2. He is STILL modest but his strength just increased proportionally (in this case Obito is screwed)

And to me OP looks like a disappointed Kakashi hater, nothing more.
