There's no evidence that Kurama gave him more chakra than he normally has.
Besides, he warped Hachibi TWICE.
Kurama would have needed to give Kakashi more than twice his own chakra for Kakashi not to be able to warp a bijuu at least once on his own.

I'm pretty sure Kakashi can normally warp stuff like this as well.
