Description: The user will send their chakra towards the opponent to create electrical chains about one meter away from the opponent that are to circle the enemy to create a spherical image around the target large enough to trap about one individual inside. Once the chains are fully formed, they will then wrap themselves around the enemy's body within the sphere so that he is unable to escape. The user of this jutsu can perform the ram handseal to proceed to shock the enemy that has become trapped inside if he so chooses to so.

Can only be used twice
Can only be taught by Omega
Cannot be used in consecutive turns
No S rank Raition during or after the turn this is used.

Cool so anyway this one allows you to first summon electrical chains that then surround your enemy and trap them in it preventing them from moving. This portion of the attack doesnt do any damage but its useful in stopping moving enemies. Now there are two ways you can go about attacking after this. You can either attack using another jutsu (best if fire or water is used), or you can follow the description of the rest of the attack and shock the ensnared enemy. Good jutsu if the user is proceeding to use a suiton attack coming from them as the source as the chains will electrocute them as the suiton conducts the electricity. Also if you trap them inside it is good to follow up with a fast fire jutsu as they will most likely use a wind jutsu to escape the cage and then they would have to deal with fire, also if you use a suiton jutsu that doesnt endanger yourself it would be useful because the raiton chains will cause the enemy to be electrocuted once they come in contact with the water. Well I think you're smart enough to know the disadvanteges, id rather not reveal them in the open to be used as a cheat sheet. ^^ Its yours to use buddy.

Description: The user after being knocked down by an attack whether it be freeform or low rank kenjutsu or taijutsu. (C Rank in below) Will "play possum" on the opponent's emotions, begging for mercy by laying down holding the hand out pleading for the opponent not to come closer or on the knees doing the same thing. While doing this the user releases chakra into the opponent. Making him envision himself buried alive underground surrounded by dirt and can't move. While in reality the opponent stops before the user and the user uppers cuts the groin area. A simple genjutsu followed by a low blow with chakra coated fists. The chakra would release from the blow to the groin and the groin being a sensitive area with many nerves would release the opponent from the genjutsu only to be at the mercy of the user.

Okay so *makes clone and allows it to punch me* as I fall to the ground I get in a defensive/vunerable position begging for mercy; however, at this time I begin to affect its mind with my chakra causing it to become tranced with the vision/feeling that he has become buried underground with dirt surrounding them everywhere. Paralyzed by this illusions I launch myself into an uppercut strike into the groin causing immense pain with all the nerves in the area. At my mercy I kunai to the head to put it out of its misery.
