This guy looks like some kind of ****ing clown.
Rather surprised, Itachi passively activates his 3Tomoe while staring into the eyes of the opponent before him. As soon as the eyes are locked, Itachi traps him into a genjutsu that causes him to see his body (starting from arms and legs to chest and other) to turn into rock. This technique would cause almost an instant paralysis as Itachi takes out a shuriken from his pouch and adding fire chakra to it, creates a fiery orb. Utilizing another ninjutsu, Itachi multiplies the number of shurikens in the battle field by 100 as they scatter throughout the battlefield 360' to his opponent. Performing a single handseal due to fire mastery, all the orbs strike his opponent from all directions.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Then as the shuriken are scattered across the field, the user will perform the Snake – Ox – Tiger hand seals, where all the 100 orbs will immediately be shot from all directions at high speed towards the opponent. Then as the small projectile like fire orbs come in contact with the opponent or the surroundings they will explode into small flames which all of them will cause heavy burns on the enemy’s body.

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

Ragna witnessed the activation of the sharingan and soon realized that his body was turning to stone/rock. "What kind of jutsu is this?" Ragna knew the capabilities of the sharingan and the fact that no handseals or any motions were used to make him turn to stone. He was skeptical about this being a regular jutsu or not. Deciding to worry about that later, Ragna decided to sever eye contact with the uchiha.It was known that making eye contact with a sharingan was dangerous. He didn't have to move to do so. Ragna channeled ration chakra into his eyes and released a blinding light so that if eye contact was made a beam would be shot through the light emitted. Itachi would be fully capably of tracking this beam; however, if he didn't move out of its path he would soon be blind. To prevent him from tracking the beam Ragna casted his own genjutsu in which his eyesight blurred out until all he could see was white. With his eyesight blurred he would be unable to track the beams shot from Ragna's eyes. Ragn then decided to test out if this was a genjutsu. He entered his Cursed Mark level one state and the paralysis was no more. His eyes still lit with ration he smiled to himself as he was free from his binds.

Description: The user quickly gathers lightning chakra on the eyes, making them glow, iluminating the path. If eye contact is made with the opponent, a beam of lightning is shot to pierce the opponent's eyes. The beam is virtually untrackable, due to an optical illusion: Since the beam travels straight forward, all the opponent see are the glowing eyes. Only experienced doujutsu users or chakra sensors (Sage rank), will be able to notice the slight increase of chakra/glow as the beam is being shot, and as such are able to respond correctly.. In the case the opponent notices, it is easily blockable, for if it it's anything other then soft tissue (I.e. Eyes) the max it can do is leave 2 small wounds.

(Ten no Juin: Ichi) - Heaven's Cursed Seal: Level 1

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. While in this stage the user gains +10 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +5 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is slightly improved as is his speed.
Note: Lasts for 5 turns.

As the clown took away his eye from Itachi's he suspected that the opponent had known the illusion. He could also see bright vibrating chakra into the eyes of the clown. Suspecting it to be a lightning technique jutsu, Itachi waits for response yet since no eye contact was made, no effects was observed. However it was surprising to Itachi
as sees his vision starting to blur out and finally beginning to fade. He had managed to notice the tiger handseal used by the opponent prior to his vision being faded but.... could it be. Yes! With his own genjutsu specialization Itachi could almost feel the illusion being used on him. It was simple that it was no elemental technique. The previous one was pure raiton and this one was different. The tiger handseal caused the effect of losing eye sight.
"KAI!"
Releasing himself from the genjutsu, Itachi could see his opponent gaining a strange change in body structure. Unusual chakra flowed though him as his physical appearance changed too. Smiling, he performs the tiger handseal and puts opponent into the same illusion he had used. Vision blurred as Itachi gained a chance such that with a twist of his fingers sent a blade of wind slicing through the chest of the clown.

The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. A limitation of the technique is the inability to mimic and copy KG techniques, fuuinjutsu, kinjutsu, genjutsu, medical ninjutsu or hidden clan/bio techniques.

Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Just a few questions here. I think you understood my move wrong. After rereading my move I can see how you thought I just moved my eyes away from yours. I meant the move itself would cause Itachi to lose his eyes or make him move thus severing the eye contact between us. My bad. I cant just look away unless Im tai specialist. I used the lighting attack to cause you to move your eyes away from mine. I never diverted my eyes or else that would be an illegal move. Im pretty sure I just cant look away. I used this after you made eye contact and put me in the genjutsu. I used this right after and im sure you have to move out of its way, or at least stop them with something or else your eyes are mush. You can edit because it was my fault. Second your copy limitiations don't allow the copying of genjutsu.
