Im going with Mugi Aka No-skill Ninja.
As Mugi Arrives he Notices his Opponent
"hah...My partner is late...Let us Fight..."
As he Says That he Throws Two Kunai and after that sends 8 Shuriken.
The Two Kunai Aimed at your Torso and four Shuriken aimed at your Feet and the Other Four at your Head

Gowther suddenly appears behind Ragna and uses the following technique behind his back.

P.S: There are two simultaneous attacks from both sides i.e; Front and Back.

Ragna then clapped his hands together unleashing a spiraling vortex of water pushing the ninja tools and the other nin back with force. The wave of water even reached that of the No SKil Ninja.

Seeing the Incoming attack coming, Gowther uses the (Kawarimi no Jutsu) - Change of Body Stance Technique with a Wooden log to avoid the attack and retreat to a safe distance to prepare his next attack.
(Kawarimi no Jutsu) - Change of Body Stance Technique
Due to the clash of the Fire and Water techniques, a huge amount of Steam is created which reduces visibility.
Taking advantage of the above, Gowther uses the Amegakure's signature weapon, The umbrella to unleash a torrent of needles from above.

Seeing both attacks come from above Ragna smirked creating a small Earthen pillar beneath his feet at a 45 degree angle to jet him backwards just a bit changing his positions so that the techs used landed harmlessly on the ground.

Ragna created a clone made out of smoke using his blade that was able to produce smoke. The clone stood beside him as they awaited the duo's next move.
(Clarification due to your attacks coming above me any steam created by the vortex would block my view a little around me but not above me)

Gowther then throws several Kunai with Explosive tags which cause an explosion.
The explosion was caused by the explosive tags igniting due to Mugi's Fire Release Technique. Since, an Earth Elemental Technique was used earlier, The Earth shatters and Earth Shrapnel flies everywhere due to the explosion.
To dodge the Flying shrapnel approaches and hits Gowther, it turns out to be a clone as he had used the Following Technique :-
Gowther then decides to retreat and observe the battle from afar.
