Hello I'm Ragna the Notorious BIG I like ice cream trucks, I dislike chewed pencils, and I dream of becoming a senpai for an awesome sensei...Wait I did 0_0. You have managed to earn training from the bestest (grammar?) senpai ever (egotistical?). As you can see I've brought some fried chicken, but it wasn't fried when I got it. I cooked this myself using Katon chakra which is what you will be training in. Unfortunately I'm not sharing this with you. Your frozen bucket is overthere >_> *points to randomn bucket of chicken* by the time we're done with this training you will be able to perfectly roast this chicken and earn a job as a fry cook. You're lucky...cuz Katon is my favorite basic five element.

Explanation no Jutsu!!!!!!!!!!!Good you have a decent amount of knowledge for Fire release. It seems to be prominent in you family. Fire is my favorite element of the basic 5. It is very destructive and consumes everything it comes in contact with. From air, grass, or even water in some cases. This element can be used for defensive purposes, but it is mainly used as an offensive force to eradicate targets completely. Another clan who is adept in fire style is the uchiha. Madara, Sasuke, and Itachi all showed the ability to utilize Katon. (It is even required that the uchiha have a fire speciality). Even with all of this destructive force it can be used for good. Cooking, warmth, the sun is a giant ball of fire that provides life for all living things. If you make any mistakes using this element you will likely harm or even kill yourself and others. So it is a great burden to call yourself a master of this element, and it is quite difficult to learn.

Fire is part of the following KG's: Scorch, Dust, Blaze, Dark, Lava and you even need it for Yin Yang although they are working on that so no Y/Y release for you. xD
THATS NICE AND ALL BUT WHAT CAN IT DO?
Burn, Burn and BURNNNN! Yes it destroys everything but let's not put labels on it. It might get offended. Fire can do much more than destroy. As I said it can provide you warmth in the Rp if you set up camp, can be used to create signals, cook, light a cigar, colonize a wound (practically speaking...we have medical ninjas who do that stuff). In battle; however, it is mainly used as a lethal technique to destroy the enemy, or anything in its way. It could even evaporate a water source or burn down a forest.
CONCLUSION: In conclusion this is my favorite element. It takes a great mind to find the beauty in destruction. Fire can be very versatile in its own ways. I like to think of fire as that rogue cousin who is misunderstood. xD. I love it man. Get creative!

Strengths, Weaknesses, and Interactions
Nice to know you got the basics down. Fire consumes wind as the air fuels fire; however, that is only if they are going in the same direction. If the two clash head on the air would weaken the fire as it opposes it, but the fire would continue toward the opponent. It's natural enemy/weakeness is the water element that extinguishes flames. What you want a cookie...here ya go *hands you oatmeal raisin cookie* good job, but there are a lot more to a single element. Basics is where it all starts no matter how cliché it sounds, but here are some more weaknesses and strengths you might want to learn.

Rain-Made from water so yea. xD
Lava-Fire would only increase the heat
Storm-Storm comprises of Lightning and water so the water portion of storm strengthens it
Dark-A
Steam-Douses fire if enough steam
Sand-Resistant to high temperatures
Dust-Disintegrates mostly everything.

Fire can repel shadows of the Nara clan but if used incorrectly you might end up creating one. xD

Neutral to everything not listed besides raw chakra. non-elemental chakra that is not condensed is weak to all elemental chakra. Worthy neutrals to mention is ice, wood, and even konan's paper ninjutsu. I pretty much have this down by memory now but if you want to look at more strengths and weaknesses it can be found in the following link. When in doubt go here or ask me. Then you can memorize it as well. xD

Yeah I was going to get to that but yeah Fire and lightning pass through each other without effecting each other in the slightest. Lightning cannot cut flames, and flames can't burn lightning, so if you were to attack a lightning based jutsu with a fire based jutsu they would just phase through each other. There are exceptions however. Certain fire attacks have a solid property to them which makes them susceptible to lightning attacks.
When fire attacks earth the earth is melted by heat, or destroyed be explosive properties and force of certain explosive type fire jutsu. You can combine some earth and fire techs to make pseudo lava techs.
(Now give me adv/disadv of the following and then we can start jutsu again)
Big Jutsu: Attacks that encompass a large area or huge mass. These typically take longer to perform because the manipulation required will need some time. They sometimes can work against the user but the range and size of the attack is not to be trifled with. Many normal based attacks could almost fall in this category as well but I decided to separate them.
Streaming Jutsu: Streaming attacks require the user to constantly fuel the technique with chakra for it to be effective. Since you are constantly giving it chakra or constantly focusing on it then you are unable to perform other jutsus until you cancel it.
Source Jutsu(Fire): Fire typically does not require a source but there is a special case I've seen such as using a lighter to perform a fire jutsu.
Support Jutsu: Jutsu not used for offensive purposes. It can be used to boost other jutsu, or simply defend yourself or gain some type of advantage.
Omni Jutsu: Jutsu's in this class can attack the enemy from all around or it can be Omni directional in the sense that the jutsu is released from all around you.
Direct Jutsu: Jutsu that does not need to travel from your position to the enemy. It automatically attacks the enemy at their position.
Projectile Jutsu: Jutsu used here will be created from your position and sent toward the user. (This includes creating something on yourself and running to the enemy.)

o_o For some of them you already gave me adv/disadv. I don't want to repeat the stuff you have their already so i'm just going to say the ones you didn't.

Anywho if you didn't notice we somehow ended up at the top of an inactive volcano. DOn't ask questions just accept the randomness. Here is some cheap chakra paper. Channel your chakra and try to develop Katon chakra. Describe the effects on the paper. *waits a minute* hmmm that's a little to orthodox for my style....OH I KNOW *pushes you into the volcano* HEY HOWS THE WEATHER DOWN THERE! DID I MENTION THAT THIS IS A MAGICAL VOLCANO! IT IS GOING TO BE ACTIVE AGAIN IN A SHORT WHILE! ONCE YOU FINISH I WILL GET YOU OUT OF THERE! IF NOT THEN YOU WILL BE A SACRIFICE FOR THE ISLAND! GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN!
