[Raiton] Omega teaches Deku

Deku sat next to a tree in the training ground. He glazed at the sun as it was starting to go down for the day. He had just arrived and didn't see his sensei.

"I wonder where he's at?"

Deku said as he reached in his bag for his notebook.

Ragna gazed at the sunset from afar as he....ordered his KFC (Konoha Fried Chicken). "You guys said it would only be 15 min, but its been 2 hours. Look the sun is setting, and I'm late!"

"But sir we gave you your order, you just wouldn't stop ordering after you finished your meals. So, you just ate for 2 hours." ;_;

"Oh yeah..that's right...whoops I'll see you guys later."

Ragna made his to his next student/victim. He couldn't believe they were still letting him teach people. You would think that by now one of these students would complain about his eccentric behavior. Deep down Ragna knew there was a method to his madness. Ragna saw the notebook his student had. Was it a sketchpad? Was it for notes? He seemed like a pretty responsible fellow....Ragna would have to make sure to change that. >_>. Ragna snuck up behind him and then created a bolt of lightning to shoot down from the sky that would strike the ground in front of him. Immediately he uttered the words "Expect the unexpected! Become formless, and remain unconfined. Tell me everything that you already know about Raiton. Also likes, dislikes, dreams goals could be added as well."

"Holy mother of firecrackers" screamed Deku.

Deku glared at Omega. He almost died fro fright. He put his notebook in his bag hoping it wasn't burnt.

"Okay you wanna know what I like, dislike, and my goals?" " I'll tell you, don't think, I won't tell you, okay, Because I totally gonna tell you.

(He speaking really fast at this point)

I like cats, dogs, candy, food, ramen, espcially beef ramen, do you like ramen, yeah and NARUTO, lots of Naruto

I dislike evil everything

My goal is to become HOKAGE (or a strong ninja at least....hokage pushing it)

Okay now to talk about Raiton

The day before Deku had prepared notes on all he knew about raiton.

"Okay, Raiton is the release of lightning. It's one of the basic elements that a ninja can master. It is generated by increasing the frequency of your chakra. It's strong against earth and but weak against wind. It can be add extra damage to water. Overall it's a very useful tool in any ninja's arsenal. Notable users of lightning are Sasuke, Sensei Kakashi, and Lord Rakiage. That's what I know about Lightning."

Deku took a deep breathe after that long sentence.

The lightning struck right in front of Deku and almost gave him a heart attack.

Ragna tried to hold in all the bursts of laughter resonating deep in his soul. (This guy seems so innocent. It's a shame I have to corrupt him. ;_; ) Ragna released a puff of smoke as the student was talking. Ragna often had a habit of acting contradictory to his intentions. It appeared he was not really listening to Deku, but in fact he was going through every detail. He was also remincising about the good ol days. Back when he was in his position. Once he was finished Ragna turned around to face the sun and explained Raiton in a bit more depth.

Explanation no Jutsu!!!!!!!!!!!Good you have a decent amount of knowledge for Lightning release. Remember the difference between lightning/electricity and Raiton in the NW. I think you have a pretty good grasp. Lightning is mainly known for its high penetrating power, due the intense vibrations of Raiton chakra. It is a very nice element and is arguable the fastest element of the basics.

Nice to know you got the basics down. Lightning easily penetrates the earth and most solids, and the reason wind is strong to lightning is because it is a natural insulator. When used in conjunction with Water it can power up water techniques and it is unfocused electricity that is typically conducted through water and cause electrocution. So you know electrocution is a advantage and drawback of this element.
Weaknesses:

Rain-Typically it is considered natural but if rain is falling on the battlefield it gets risky to use it.
Dark Absorbtion ability-Dark absorbs forms of raw energy. Lightning has the power to remain neutral to its release ability.
Paper-It is a good insulator

Shadows-Bright flashes can rid shadow near you for a brief moment.
Bugs-Pretty much weak to most things
Ice-Ice is solid so it shatters it[
Crystal-Solid so it is pierced
Sand-Again Solid so it is penetrated
Wood-Solid...you know the rest
Steel-Lightning cuts it and can conduct through it.
Scorch-Can't dehydrate or burn lightning
Blast-Lightning diffuses the detonation
Magnetism-can disrupt magnetic fields.
Dust-Yay something can beat it! Yeah its difficult but because lightning can't be disintegrated to molecular level it is strong to it.

Lightning is part of the following KG's: Swift, Sound, Storm, Blast
THATS NICE AND ALL BUT WHAT CAN IT DO?
Well I mean if you could cut anything what would you do with it? It is great for battling and offensive purposes but you could use it to light a dark place briefly, blind people, cut down obstacles, power up machines with unfocused electricity. Heck A use Raiton to quicken his reactions via his brain. Raiton turned a normal kunai to a S ranked projectile in the hands of Kakashi.
CONCLUSION: In conclusion get creative in your uses for Lightning release. There are many ways to use it.

Ragna turned back around to see if his student had anything else to ask him before they moved on to the second part of the training. (Don't worry you can ask questions and I will still progress. Sometimes students don't ask questions because they think there will be an extra post/delay. xD

No questions really Sir... but I do wonder lightning manipulation to boost a person's physical capabilities but I'll save that for later.

That's a good question. We can delve into that as we get into training. Alright, eh...before we can begin techniques you need to test out your lightning chakra. This chakra paper is pretty sensitive to chakra, so even the slightest bit of chakra could cause it to react in different ways. If you channel it correctly you paper should crumple up due to the electric current. Here ya go...(I hope these ain't defective...I got this from the Dollar Tree in Konoha. 0_0)
