Toaa exists outside reality like the primal monitor I think the builders are the oldest then the primordial and celestails there are also alternate universes so they all coulhave been created in different timelines


Marvel just like DC is very contradictory for instance galctus was said to apart of the first universe I belive

Based on how the Celestials were mentioned along with previous universes, I say them.

I don't have much knowledge about all of this. Lol What I do know however, is that "everything" is considered a hyperbole. It most likely means everything within a specific universe mentioned.

Celestials are the only ones that have evidences implicating they were connected to other universes. Others don't seem to have that. Proemial Gods, those I don't know. So Celestials for now.
