If Ashura went to Hashirama, Indra probably went to Sasuke as well. Ashura left off the path of cooperation as well by choosing to kill Madara. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think choosing a certain path decides who the sons have reincarnated in. Madara resembles more of the sages brother if I'm not mistaken.

Well it says here since their chakra never disappeared and transmigrated over time endlessly. So it's possible there was more than 1 reincarnation.

It would make sense for him to be in Sasuke since Sasuke anc Naruto are like brothers (and Sasuke might get the rinnegan) but to me it seems like Madara will fill that role. Sasuke isn't filled with hate anymore. Then again all that talk about co-operation changes the whole thing...

Madara has the sage's body and eyes. Naruto has the sage's body, Sasuke has the sage's eyes. So yeah...Incra is definately in Sasuke. The brothers who fought each other are now gonna fight together and beat Madara (Kaguya) Lol.

I don't believe it says the elder son was filled with hate, he just had a different view and that led to conflict. Naruto and Sasuke still have different views.
