Old theories.

So I wasnt around for discussion for some of the biggest reveals in Naruto. Did people have theories on some of that stuff like...

1) Tobi being Obito

2) Itachi being good the whole time

3) Tobi not being Madara and him actually being dead

4) Gaara's mom actually loving him

-- Not big reveals

5) Nagato and Karin being Uzumaki

Did anyone see that stuff coming?

Not really, it made perfect sense with the way Itachi treated Sasuke before the incident.

Hehe I would remember each time someone came up with a theory that tobi was obito you would get shot down so hard by members on the base for saying tobi is obito it was technically forbidden for saying it here on the base I miss those days : (

There were a lot of nice theories on those topics. I remember Tobi = Hashirama.

Other topics that come in my mind besides what you said in the OP could be:

The ones who know everything (the four Hokage)

Kabuto's coffin (the real Madara)

Those crossed my mind for now, maybe I find more.

Edit: The origin of White and Black Zetsu. The Gedo statue and its purpose. Those are others.

There are also theories on how Madara survived after his last fight with Hashirama and what has seen Hashirama on the mountain after defeating Madara.

Also Kaguya's homeland.
