Hiruzen takes this mid diff, zabuza has the upper hand in speed, strenght and taijutsu, but sillent killing won't be succesfull since hiruzen has good smell, and in close combat he can use enma, so zabuza's only chance is keep long range atacks and use large suiton atacks, wich win't be usefull since hiruzen can use doton.

The only danger that hiruzen has here is that if zabuza can slash him before enma can go out, but hiruzen can block the slash with that gigant stick, so yes hiruzen mid diff.
