With Edo Tensei, Kabuto is unstoppable. I've seen a lot of top debaters agree on Kabuto being #1. Noddy, TobisPawn, FizzyDrink, etc.

Usually #1 shinobi don't get caught in izanami for 20 chapters and get turned into a fodder by a touch of oro's hand, but yeah...

Anyways, Orochimaru had a less perfected version of Edo Tensei with only Hashirama and Tobirama. Kabuto's list of summons are longer and even more powerful such as Nagato and Itachi. Also, it doesn't matter if it was temporary.

I think here soon we're gonna find out that current madara and obito are on another level from everyone else with naruto being the closest to them.

I would say old, because there is so much they did for the ninja world, created jutsus, summons, villages, ways of life. There is so much new ninjas cant even use becuase theier forbidden becuase the old ninja's justsus were too powerful.

So is Sage of six paths and hashirama. But i dont see you complaining about people overrating them.

Plus the databook isnt hype. Kishimoto wrote it himself. And it clearly says that he has all 5's in ninjutsu, genjutsu, intelligence, hand signs, and taijutsu.

1. You cannot have 5 elements of ninjutsu without having the Rinnegan...
2.he is good in getting past a genjutsu. But we haven't seen him perform one.
