Is there any chance that we will be allowed to change our names on the new forum? Since the forum is not focused mainly on Naruto anymore I figure people might want to make their names something different, I know I'd like to.

Unlikely, they have to make money somehow. The more incentive there is to purchase premium the better.

whilst you do make a point, we decided to keep it so that you can only change your name if you won a giveaway/event, won 1st place in a contest or purchased premium.
