Okay Who brought up Naruto?

We know naruto's parents died the day he was born, we also know that at the age of atleast 12 he was living alone, but who was looking after him from the age of lets say 0-11, because he wouldn't have been able to survive alone.

Yes but that was at the age of 12, im talking about the years where he was absolutely dependant on someone else for care

That's not what im asking, i mean how would a baby or toddler, know how to use money or cook dinner, His parents died the day he was born, you can't be independant at that age

I think it would've been nice if Jiraiya looked after him though, seeing as he was Minato's student and naruto's Godfather, but that's apparantly not so as naruto doesn't have any memory of him, And if It were Iruka or the 3rd Why did they ever stop???

Someone probably cared for him, maybe Sasuke's mom, and this is all a Broly vs. Goku, where Broly got angry at Goku crying. Where Broly=the mentally unstable, crying boy named Sasuke and Goku=the crying, annoying boy named Naruto. xd

Nobody did. No doubt he was raised in an orphanage and then given a small living area when he was of age to look after himself.

Meh. Some caretakers ordered by the 3rd probably looked after him until he was 12 or so. Then since he was a jinchurikki he was given a hefty paycheck from the 3rd to buy stuff, probably disguised as some kind of donation..
