That's because tsunade uses her soulin the White seal jutsu, that's why her life span shortens with each use, it makes her punches more powerful and Raikage enhances his speed with Lightning transmission armour and even then, Tsunade was noted to be fast as Raikage without V2 armour, which is pretty interesting if you ask me. Raikage by that time was lightened by Onoki which only means Madara was saying Lightened A >> Tsunade in speed, V2 A slightly greater or equal to tsunade! Kishimoto was nice enough to hype tsunade's speed despite her not having a name for herself in the realm of speed. I think kishimoto is a fair guy in that aspect, the feminism stayed back in part 1 to be honest.

The bold is straight up false, her life span is shortened because she hugely advances her cell regeneration, cells have a finite number of times per person to multiply in a life time, tsunades mitonic regeneration just speeds up the living sh t out of that process, making the healing instant... her soul... lmao

Can't use physics logics on a manga that states that a Raiton armor enhances the user nerve's synapses or something. Also, if we go by that logic, Himawari being as tiny as she is, (and less mass and stuff) is pretty much the fastest being alive.

She's faster than base Ay. When Ay enhances himself she is slower.

Tsunade could use raiton too if she wanted but she rarely does. She should have buffed her speed. The writer probably doesn't want one hit characters zipping around.
