Okay seriously what exactly does the Rinnegan DO?????

Naruto wiki doesn't explain it enough. I have no idea wtf the Rinnegan does.

It allows you to use the 6 Paths of the Rinnegan. Deva, Petra, Azura, Animal, Human, Naraka. Summon the Gedo Mazou. And if you use the 6 paths of Pain you can have a field of vision that is connected by the paths.
