Title says it,but dont go to assumptions.
The other thread(by you know who) gave wrong reasons,and his proof was on the fact that madara's susanoo in a scan was bogger than a panel of sasuke's susanoo when it is canon that susanoo users can alter their sizes at will,:yeah:
assuming current madara can use susanoo however,the proof is rather simple
1) susanoo's power depends not on the size of the user's chakra,but the power of their chakra. Madara's chakra was said to be powerful even amongst the uchiha,thus his susanoo is quite strong.
2) the amount of chakra simply determines how long a susanoo form can be held,itachi held his final susanoo even at low chakra levels,but couldnt hold it for long,sasuke had the same susanoo levels with his ms,but held it longer tanx to having higher chakra reserves.
Normal ems madara is above normal ems sasuke in power,thus his susanoo is stronger.
Ems sasuke after receivng hago's power is clearly above ems madara,so his susanoo is stronger(clearly)
however,ems madara after becoming the juubi's jin and also receiving sage mode too,alongside the power of his rinnegan,would be above current sasuke in power. Therefore his susanoo would be above sasuke's.
Therefore:
current madara's PS>current sasuke's PS>ems madara's PS>ems sasuke's Ps.
