itachi could easily just use tsukuyomi not a fanboy but it said in manga that itachi can cast genjutsu with more than just his eyes he did it against naruto with his finger.

not to contradict you at every post, but I agree on the part where he is able to use a regular genjutsu on him..... but to put Tsukuyomi over an already put on Genjutsu? that is not killing A...... tsukuyomi doesn't kill, it will paralize the target and cause severe concussions, psychological trouble and stuff like that unlike regular genjutsus which just stuns the target.....

a better use would be...... paralize with regular genjutsu and then totsuka blade the paralized body or amaterasu the paralized body
