Sakura most certainly did not surpass Tsunade. She's still very far away from doing that. I'm not sure if she would beat Sakura since she can be strong and useful when she's not crying and actually tries (for proof, at point at Sakura & Chiyo vs Sasori)
But it's arguable. It would be a hard, long battle. I'm inclined to vote for Hinata because she has techniques such as Byakugan and her Gentle Fist while Sakura relies mainly on her inmense strenght and her chakra control. However, if Hinata was to hit her chakra points that would cause big trouble for Sakura. If Sakura lands a hit on Hinata, she can take severe damage with only one blow. It can go one way or the other. That's why I didn't consider her and only suggested Tenten and Ino.

btw i only thought that sakura surpassed tsunade cus thats what i was told but i still had my douts anyway really 3rd strongest ninja? wow the way my brother put's it u think she was owned by everyone. ok so the metion saske thing yea tottaly won and my bet would be on hinata eather way she isnt just my second favorite character cus of nothing (oh and first is tobi befor the overpower).

I understand why people would think she surpassed Tsunade after she cured Kankuro and defeated Sasori and stuff, but she still has a long way to go before kicking asses like Tsunade does.
And Hinata's not the 3 strongest kunoich in the shinobi world. She is the strongest of the leaf four (Sakura, Tenten, Hinata, Ino) and the second strongest of the main fice (leaf 4 + Temari), but let's not overpower her and be realistic.
She's my second favorite character too
But no, she's not owned by everyone. I'm not basing myself on favoritism, but in facts. Tenten wasn't strong enough to even hold that fan at the war, and Ino's only chance is her body-controlling jutsu, but the target must be still, which won't be happening no matter where Ino comes from, considering the Byakugan's wide range of vision.

Yes, she can beat Kurenai and Asuma's baby too but the initial thread clearly says "that isn't a gennin". We're talking about people of her level, you know... chunnin and upwards.

She can usually beat a lot of people. She can't beat Temari, but she would usually own the lesser female charas(Sakura, Ino, TenTen, etc)

Maybe, if she ever hits him at all.
If she doesn't and try to do her Rotation, while Rasengan from Konohamaru would own it.
As long as he doesn't get hit, he would beat her fast.

i still say she is 3rd strongest female after the female kages name one chic that could come close i know it says gennin but she can beat any level but the two i had said (konan is dead and that crystal user was filler)

Temari's stronger than Hinata. Anko's stronger than Hinata. Kurenai (before pregnancy, of course) is stronger than Hinata. And as you said, Mei and Tsunade are stronger than her.
I have my doubts if that ambu girl who's name I can't remember right now (you know, Hayate's lover) is stronger than her too.
She's also stronger than Karin btw, I just didn't point it out since Karin isn't a fighter, her techniques aren't meant for fights and, correct me if I'm wrong, neither does she have any abilities to fight.
