well the chapter didn't finish the process I think we might get a glimpse of the aftermath next chapter so nobody can be too sure

Unless I'm much mistaken, they are still in the middle of pulling the bijuus out.It is likely that once the process is complete, Obito will die. I do not know what they will do with the Bijuus once they are out.

The other tailed beasts gave naruto their chakra, so in theory wouldn't the tailed beasts go inside of him? All except the 1 and 8 tail ofc.

They are still pulling them, but they'll eventually go to Naruto.

Those are the real Bijuu, no gaara is just pulling the ichibi out not becoming a jinchuuriki. The bijuu chakra might go to naruto or something.
