The thing is, this isn't a one on one fight. It's the allied shinobis vs. Obito, Madara, and the Juugbi. Him lending chakara to his allies may have a big impact on who wins this one. Also,, if you read the chapter, his lending chakara is no small feat. It takes a profound amount of skill and control as mentioned by the 9 tails.

He already defeated Nagato, so that really isn't up for debate anymore. I think if not for the juubi Naruto would be owning Obito about now. I think Naruto would kick Kabuto's arse too so long as there were not edos involved.

He hasn't defeated Nagato, the closest he got was the team effort with Itachi and Bee so it's definitely up for debate if he can do it with bm.
