whats unrealistic is a character that has flawless fighting skills and reactions, and never drops his guard. he was going for the kill, naturally he wasn't looking behind himself for an attack from no where.

Liked the War arc until the SA showed up. Obito wouldn't shut up making his tnj obvious. I found his reasoning weak, Naruto's concern for him off putting and the only JJ that made good use of his abilities was Madara and he later got screwed over. :wesobi:
Anyway back to Sakura, the sad fact is ppl get cocky, ppl focus too much on what is in front of them and then end up getting blindsided like Mr Shin did in this chapter.

Do you understand how muu' s ability works. Even doujutsu can't see him when he goes invisible (masks his chakra) you need to rely on your surroundings and the subtle changes to them to see find him. Plus as blaze stated. he didn't even know she was on her way much less there. He was going for the kill not waiting for someone to come out of nowhere with a death punch

Obito's descent into darkness came from from him seeing his crush die in a WAR. Ppl are expected to die in wars, but yet Obito lost all hope for reality. And u know what? That was completely fine. U know y? Becuase he was a 12 year old child. Yet Obito still grieved Rin overy 20 years later.
Obito was nothing more than a depression victim that believed the words of an old man purely because they provided him an escape from his troubles.
And for this hope he made thousands suffer. Hence weak. But the worst ing was that he wouldn't shut up about it

He said that Rin was what made him lose hope because he was using her as his hope previously and thus got really attached. Then he said his travels as Tobi only confirmed to him the world was unfair and rotten. So it wasn't just Rin that drove him to do those things. He even says blatantly in the Viz book "if you think this is about Rin you couldn't be further from the truth" Rin is more of a symbol to him of what he hates about the reality.
