If 8tails is on the outside, how is killer bee still alive? Jinchuuriki die almost instantly when they lose the beast inside them. Is kishi gonna have killer bee explain this before the series end or just leave this plot hole.

Bee had fully released the 8 tails. Hachibi was fighting essentially as a free beast when he was extracted. He separated Bee along with one of his tentacles while in full release state. So him being captured did not break the rule of killing the host as he was already in full released state at that point. The death by Biju extraction only applies when the beast is forcibly extracted from the body, that was not the case with Bee. He's alive.

No he was not. Naruto did not yet achieve full Kurama release state, it was still a form of his Beast mode. If you recall, Kurama's essence around Naruto was still just chakra, Kurama was never fully released. That means when he was taken he was still technically extracted, hence why Naruto suffered those affects.
