[Spoilers] Ok so does Itachi still have Edo Tensei abilities while fighting Kabuto?

I dont understand because Itachi was stabbed earlier in the fight and seems to be back to normal now, but when Kabuto cut him in half the blow seemed to be fatal. So now Im confused.
