Ok question about Itachi

Is Itachi still edo tensei meaning that he can't die and can't be hurt or is he just a normal person now?

to add on to this question...when Itachi kills Kabuto and the dose that mean he will die...again because the jutsu is ended?

some people keep saying that when kabuto dies that it wont end the jutsu but everyone will be free to do what they want

others keep saying when Kabuto dies it will end the jutsu and everyone will turn to dust

I think Itachi's present chakra decreases every time he uses it and eventually losing all his chakra and becoming a paralyzed and weak dead body like Hidan's head , since he can absorb chakra by using shishui MS every 10 years.
