and he is behind every thing that has happened thus far essentially him being the ultimate troll.

and do you think there is more orochimaru chakra laying around?
and what if he steal him some rinnegan after hashi whoop madara @ss cheeks?

In the midst of a world war declared by a masked man who everyone thought was madara.
Orchimaru who at the time was sealed for quite some time at that point had already foreseen it as a possibility and even had a plan waiting to be enacted.
