Doesn't make any sense what you said. Why didn't Asuma's kid die aswell if both him and his kid have the same DNA ? All Zetsu are different organisms. The fact that Sasuke killed the original and the rest didn't die is proof enough. It's the same thing as cloning, although one being the original, the clones have similar genetic structure but they are all different organisms from the original.

Zetsu have been killed countless times. Sasuke killed the main White Zetsu.

By that logic, when Hidan stabbed Asuma, Kurenai should have lost the child she was carrying because that child came from Asuma. 'Comes from' does not mean 'Has the same DNA'.
