On topic, Naruto has the cloak plus Gamabunta. Sasuke, CS, fire and chidori. Against Naruto, if she does not end the fight early more tails will eventually appear and she will lose.
On the overall her Regeneration, CES and her summoning should be enough to take this.

Current Sakura smashes part 1 naruto and Sasuke. Naruto will have his rips ruptured. Sasuke does no permanent harm to Sakura. Sasuke outspeeds Sakura sure but one punch and it's GG.
