uuummm.... he can't. First of all, even if someone was to assume that Sasuke beats Naruto hands down and therefore Sasuke could beat Nagato because Naruto defeated Nagato, the real issue here is that Nagato willingly lost after he got the long explanation no jutsu from Naruto. And then it took Itachi, Naruto and Killerbee to bring him down and we all know that it was not even a proper fight for a bazillion reasons. The point here is: Sasuke cannot win against Nagato.
